1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Bubba's Detailing's services, submitting our online booking form, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. SMS PROGRAM

Program Name: Bubba's Detailing Appointment & Care Notifications

Program Description: By providing your phone number through our online booking form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Bubba's Detailing. Messages currently sent under this program are: (1) booking confirmations, (2) day-before appointment reminders, and (3) post-service customer-care messages (a brief check-in confirming the service was completed to your satisfaction).

Opt-In Method: Customers opt in by submitting their name, phone number, and email through the online booking form on our website. The form displays the following language directly below the phone number field: "By providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS appointment reminders and follow-up messages from Bubba's Detailing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe."

3. SERVICES

Bubba's Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, and paint correction, in Washington DC and surrounding areas (DC, Arlington, Alexandria, Bethesda, and Silver Spring). Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

4. APPOINTMENT BOOKING

When you book a service through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate contact information, including your name, phone number, email address, and service location. This information is used to schedule and manage your appointment and to send you appointment-related notifications.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bubba's Detailing provides its website, booking services, and detailing services on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or SMS communications, including but not limited to carrier fees, delayed messages, or service interruptions.

6. AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or opt in to our SMS program. By opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
